Mr. Redding has spent over 20 years in the construction industry; 19 of them in top management positions.

Mr. Redding prepares all reports and calculations using the fundamental principles of his Economics Degree from the University of Michigan. His undergraduate degree, also from Michigan, was in English which provided Mr. Redding with the communications tools to make our recommendations easy for any high school graduate to grasp and understand.
Mr. Redding has over 30 years in the construction business, 19 of them as a General Contractor. Over that time he has prepared 10s of 1000s of estimates ranging in size from small residential repairs to remodels, additions and completely new construction projects in the following sectors: residential, commercial, retail, industrial, institutional & infrastructure.
Thanks to his photographic memory Mr. Redding forgots an estimate or a cost. Use his gift to reassure you that you accurately know the final cost of your property's repairs, remodels or additions.
